Life Force Energy is, for the time being, concentrated in the Life Center, or sacral plexus. Vibrations go from there through the fluid of the spinal column to the pineal gland, which then stimulates the entire brain.

The Life Center is like a battery - the strongest center of the Soul in the body. The Life Center is the sacred chamber in which our Higher Self, so to speak, dwells. It is the Holy of Holies of the temple which is our body. Contacting Universal Energy opens the veil between the sacred chamber, (of the Eternal,) and our Higher Self.

When we make the contact with Universal Life Force, we open our Life Centers to the force of the Universe and that which is Eternal. When Universal Life Force comes into our Life Centers, it is transformed into our Life Force Energy which will then fund our physical body. We are born with a certain energetic constitution, a certain amount of our own Life Force; we should never deplete that constitution as we live. If we make the contact with Universal Life Force Energy daily as we live and express our Creative Power, we will never use our own precious Life Force. We will live longer, happier and healthier lives as a result of our daily contact with Universal Life Energy.
